I have been going to Reds now for the past 5-6 years, through both the old and new ownership. Lisa used to cut my hair and she always did a great job. When I called a few years ago and found Lisa had moved Katie offered me a free haircut that day so they could try to retain my business. Katie did an excellent job and I had no problem paying her for her work and her effort to retain a customer. To this day she still does a great job every time.
